Despite new personnel, we're seeing the same stuff

annually. That's what the problem is.

Slow starts, strange substitution patterns and player usage, seemingly no identity on offense. I guess that's what you get with a young team, but our team is young every year because of KA. Half the roster transfers out every offseason.
