Having all his own players is not a good thing

This was never envisioned to be a long term thing, the ideal premise was he was a tactical upgrade enough to leverage the inherited assets till his inability to recruit caught up to him and we needed to transition to a more long term approach. Obviously that didn't work out real well because we learned he is not a good coach either.

But having his OWN players is one of the major issues this program now faces, its not a positive.
