They cannot get fringe players to buy in and contribute. If they had credibility they would probably have a more motivated players. It would have been near impossible to believe in these coaches the second half of the season the past two years. More likely than not most of these players they ran off were just fine players with a fine attitude, until they started playing for a sub par staff. I know it would have been hard for me to play and be motivated if I were on Mizzous' bball team the past two years.
