We are going to be universally picked last in the SEC, from a talent perspective our roster is at an all time low since at least the mid-1960's. You could put Shaq in his prime on our team and we wouldn't make the NIT, we are not one big away from being loaded.

There are a few players who assuming good development can evolve into SEC level role players, so this won't be an entire roster turnover when we get a new staff in place. But it will be about as close to one as we have seen in this program's history. We are so far away from being a competitive program its absurd, to talk about being loaded or a contender for conference championships is delusional.
