sanctions. The NCAA didn't dole them out, we self penalized, and then much later the NCAA just accepted our self penalties. No program who was serious about competing would have had things play out in that manner.

If we had made a legitimate hire in 2013, MU would not have gone on probation. The reason this information wasn't told at the time of the hire is because there was no investigation occurring.

Haith isn't even named in the NCAA report, he literally had nothing to do with the violations or the sanctions.
