just about any other school would have gotten off on that one - it's an easily defensible position (provided Gant submitted the papers.) Tuley stated that benefits were consistent with what non-student athletes received. It there was no preferential treatment, the charge is frivolous...of course that wasn't the desired outcome for an AD attempting to make a case for the continuation of the Kim Anderson Experiment.
