Either Mizzou has to recruit much higher level of recruits, or it needs to start having a majority of its recruits stay and develop. Rosburg is going to be the only one in between Bowers and the class of Phillips. 1 in 9 years is not a recipe for success with the way Mizzou has recruited historically.
