hired a big name coach and didn't tell him about an ongoing NCAA investigation until after he was hired the guy would resign and most likely sue the university for withholding information.

I'm not thrilled with everything Kim is doing but I understand how Missouri ended up with Kim and it had everything to do with Haith destruction of the program.
