Contract that he didn't take the time to have a building year. By having no high school recruits in year 1, and only Rosburg that stayed more than 1.5 years from his second class he was never able to build toward anything.
Mizzou has never recruited at a level that it can completely replace its roster year over year and remain a threat in the NCAA tournament.
Year 4 should have been the payoff year where his recruits are going into their junior year.
