There are still plenty of people on here who think if he gets close to .500 this year it would mean we are on the right track and we should give him a 4th year. To me that is asinine. He should be held to the same standards as Haith, CMA and Quinn. 2 years and 19 wins would have certainly gotten the 3 previous fired. If Kim is not competing for the tournament this year he needs to go.
