The program had many good pieces that should have been retained to put us in a much better position for this year. There were some players that needed to move on and some that should have been kept but that happens with every coaching change. But KA'ers like to use revisionist history about how terrible these players were and how we it's good to have lost them. If we could have retained some of the talent we lost we would be in MUCH better shape going into next year than we are currently. But once again freshman are going to get huge chunks of minutes that could be going to upperclassmen who have actually been around the block and can compete.
