Hard to adequately assess the players of the last 2 years

They have been so poorly coached and have had no roles defined, and as a general statement they didn't give good effort consistently because of a lack of respect for the staff and the overwhelming losing.

Most all of them could be viewed quite differently had they played for a normal team under normal circumstances.
