If the statistics actually showed that blacks were being gunned down by police, I guess I'd be more supportive. I wish every department had body cams. The addition of in-car video was so successful it brought a dramatic rise to guilty pleas in DUI cases because, once a defense attorney saw his client as a drunken jackass on camera, he knew there was no way to take that video to a jury trial and win.
