By the way, when unarmed blacks were getting shot on video cameras since 2014, we didn't hear a peep from the white community. They just assumed that the blacks shot deserved it based on actions not captured on camera. Whites started caring about it when riots started occurring and cops were getting shot.
Yes, there are some additional costs that will be burdensome to small municipalities. If that's the case, then limit the mandate and subsidies to large metro areas. In my opinion, I'd say that if small municipalities can't afford the funding to provide adequate training and protecting both officers and citizens with body cameras, I'd suggest that the a regional force should take over. Of course, Trump and the GOP wouldn't go for that.
If ALL LIVES truly mattered, Americans would have cared long before.
