Had complete control why didn't they mandate and fund body cameras. Give me a link to a Police department saying we wold where body cameras but can't afford them. Not to mention that they should fund them locally. If a town wants the cops to wear them then pay for it. Why should Chesterfield fund Ferguson.

Not to mention almost everytime we have seen them used they support the cops, but personally I think they should be worn. There are bad cops ( very small percentage) and this will help.

Now to minimize poverty, what do you suggest. We have been trying to eliminate poverty for 70 years nd we have more than ever.
