Here are your (original) exact words:

You clearly gave 2 options, Either/Or.

Now you are saying if EE returns it's NOT because the violations are considered minor, but rather because the violations were more serious but the University wants the public to THINK they are minor. Do you see why that line of reasoning is confusing to follow?

And I don't agree at all that the University doesn't care at all about violations as long as they don't violate Federal law. I think they have made it very clear that they care about violations even if they didn't rise to a Title IX level. I do agree that this University, like all, cares very much about PR.

And finally, where exactly are these "many places online" outside of TigerBoard where people are saying awful things about Mizzou softball players who leave the program? Can you name them?
