Can they even decide whether the current staff or the future AD will determine EE's fate?

It sounds like the staff STILL has no answers, which is EGREGIOUS considering how this whole 70+ day process has already cooked a recruiting cycle and delivered maximum chaos to the program. Did they not have time to review the material and come to conclusions in that time?

It may seem very 'even-minded' but make no mistake, it's just plain negligence and incompetence at this point. But again, that's how the bureaucrats roll...
