Have you ever even worked with real humans... In 30+ years of working with People not one person I've met has every internalized and blamed themselves for failure... They blame the system, the boss, the Star's yes astrology I'ver heard it, their co-workers, their spouse, their college professors, the govt, the Doctor for wrong meds. etc. etc.
