up with the company i'm at the past 3 or so years but part of that is simply company realignment...it's sort of nuts how often they do it, i've had like 10 plus bosses in 3 years.
Too many advancement opportunities in my field always come with 10-12 overnights a month, that's something i've never been willing to do. I wouldn't do it now because i'm old and grumpy, didn't do it 20 years ago because i had young kids.
