My former brother in law

could never keep a job.
He was not skilled in anything, and not a hard worker, so he would drift from job to job. Food service, selling cleaning supplies, selling used cars, working as a youth pastor, working at a tire place, and I can't recall the others. Often he held jobs for a year or less. He was always scheming. Always so full of shyt.
But the kid was a kiss-ass, and my MIL loved him despite getting arrested for no driver's license twice and leaving the scene of an accident once. I never liked the guy.
Then my sister in law found out he was also a cheating SOB and they divorced and the kids got stuck getting their time split between them.
Now all that is more than you want to know, but the point is - show me a guy that can't keep a job, and I will show you someone who has more than just issues with their work ethic. Probably a dipshyt in many areas of his life.
PS - I know your friend is not my ex brother in law because my ex brother in law was always too stupid to get a college degree.
