Trump is swimming against the current on this. Comparing birthright citizenship to Roe vs Wade (as the video you posted shows) in terms of how court decisions can change is not at all analogous. There is not an amendment to the constitution specifically protecting the right to abortion. There is, however, an amendment to the constitution specifically protecting Birthright Citizenship.
