called to file a claim about a leak from a toilet that destroyed a closet downstairs below it.

it was denied b/c it was a leak over time not a catastrophic pipe burst and I didn't have that extra coverage that would have covered the slower leak.

they paid out nothing but cancelled me anyway. I had 1 other claim in 20 years and that one was about 8 years prior.
