I guess I can understand jacking up the rates but dropping

someone because of a fire due to old wiring and never recouping any of that money back seems strange to me. Especially now that the house has all brand new inspected wiring.

I guess I could understand if it were due to smoking or something, but ours wasn't.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
