cancellation/non-renewal.

Its usually a situation where someone had another claim in the last few years, like a water claim, and then the hail is the 2nd within that 3 or 5 year period and that kicks them out.

So technically they get canceled after filing the hail claim, but its only because that was the SECOND claim within whatever timeframe the carrier looks at.
