proportion. And there is no way that the majority the sedimentary rocks on the planet could have been deposited in a single event that lasted a couple of hundred days. It's not that a God that created the universe could not have produced a global flood, it's just that if he had, there would be geological evidence for the flood. Humans and other extant animals would be part of the early rock record. They are not. There is a reason why the rock record presents an almost entirely different floral/fauna assemblage than we see today.
