Pretty good seasons at the HM level.
Arizona is 10-0 and top 10 u see Tommy Lloyd.
Minnesota is 9-1 under Ben Johnson
UNC is 8-2 with Davis
Add a guy like Valentine Loyola at 8-2 and Adams has TTU at 8-1. Adams isn’t technically a first year coach but it’s been 25 years since he’s been a HC.
Then there are a bunch of guys with 2-4 years that look promising.
