His teams were starting to look like his Miami teams by the end of his tenure with his own players. Some effective offense based on wing players who can create for themselves. Generally competitive NIT level teams. 7 years as a P6 coach is proven. Proven doesn't necessarily mean great.

He was absolutely perfect for the roster he inherited. Probably not so much long term. I'd take him over Cuonzo today. I fvcking hate that it has come to me coming to that realization.
