Old or dying thinking in my opinion. Content that people will pay for will drive revenue growth in the future. TX is content that will drive interest. I think everyone will be paying for streaming games in the near future and companies will still pay big for content. Frankly, SEC should be looking to add any big, state university in the ACC that will drive interest in content with broad appeal. Clemson and Florida State for sure. But North Carolina would be nice too. If the whole of P5 conferences are not going to basically create an NFL lite, then the SEC should load up on brands and create the greatest content product it can. In my view, PAC 12 and B10 should come together as a common enity too.
