What cracks me up is your definition of law and order

and inconsistency to almost everything.

In this case, you take a true law and order approach. On many others (like when your church was allowed to accept more than 10 people), you take a discretionary approach.

And you miss the entire ironic approach of a few select people not actually listening to their constituency...it is quite sad.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
