i don't know who spike cohen is, maybe i should but i don't, and i don't know if he knows his ass from deep center field. He cited no authority on any of his information.

But the only real issue was swamprat saying, "ballot initiative that passed at 74% struck down".

Evidently things that have 74% support can not be struck down in swamprat's world.
