The one part of an argument you could make...if the two of us had not contract, and I steal from you, what remedies do you have to get your money back, since we had no contract.

today, we go to the police and work through the legal system to get it done. In another scenario, I would imagine there would be some sort of business that could fulfill that need...to some extent it is already there, as you could go to a lawyer today and try to claim it back through them.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
