because you basically said a law (or at least is considered Constitutional) is a law until someone (court or legislature reverse the law) strikes it down.

you also stated that the cops can refuse to enforce a law and that is part of Law and Order (odd definition, but what you said)

You were also proud that your local sheriff told your church he was not going to enforce the law for you, but likely would enforce it upon others.

you are all over the place with these orders....and then you accuse me of not having a perfect system idea.
