State Supreme Court overturning acts of our Governor by stating people were forced to live by the edicts until such time the court spoke. And they claimed this is evidence of the great wrong of our system. The only way to take that is that their system would not allow for any period of time where disputes would not be settled in a manner where either side was forced to "live with" such a condition for any length of time.

I would like to better understand that system.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
