I had the same problem when I was going through the realization of thinking about an entirely new system. Some various methods have been explained over time on here. Most contracts between people likely will have included within them (either directly or through a terms of service) how disputes will be resolved. This is done already in many cases today with contracts.

There will likely be new court like arbitrators where the disputes can be settled...some may be quick, some may take more time...they will likely be much more fair than they are today because if they hold obvious biases, I doubt many people would go to them.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
