if you wish to drive a car. They force the rules upon you at any time.

while technically it is your property, the government has bastardized in allowing the government to search and seize your property without your consent due to "probable cause".

Do you think that would happen in most free market situations?

If a store said we will seize some of your property when you come in our store, how long will that store stay in business?
