I don't have a centralized plan to replace public schools.

But I do know that centralized plans and govt monopolies need to go. It is a terrible foundation for any industry, especially something as important as educating children.
Also, if people don't want to seek the type of education that is currently and purportedly provided by public schools, then that is up to those individuals.
Education is a broad topic and can be obtained and provided in myriad ways. But, I'm not going to act like I can centrally plan it. Just like how I wouldn't act like I can centrally plan medical care for hundreds of millions of people.
