The NCAA found there was no evidence that Arthur or Kansas knew or should have known about the changed grade.

And in 1988, Kansas received probation over Vincent Askew who never came to KU. The accusation was Brown arranged a plane ticket home for the POTENTIAL transfer (Askew) to see his sick grandmother.
