kansas are "blue bloods" in basketball at least.

The NCAA (like the democrat congress and the democrat city governments) will spend a fortune to investigate and suspend a D2 coach in idaho for buying a kid a pair of sox and let UNC get away with massive cheating and fraud and worse, failure to educate its students.
