Recall that JR redefined obama's fees as taxes so obamacrud could pass constitutional muster.

If you require money paid to the central organization to join a club, it's not a tax so it's ok.

If you require money paid to a central organization to be a citizen of the united states, it's a tax.

And let me see if i understand this, TAXATION IS THEFT. Even though you can leave at any time.

But fees are voluntary. So it's ok.
