veto power and get to choose which laws they will abide by.

But at the same time refuse to grant veto powers to things they claim are absolutes.

They are completly oblivious to the incongruency in those statements.

What it really comes down to is they want to substitute their beliefs and values in place of anyone elses. Just like all fine tyrants throughout history.
