reluctance on not wanting to dialogue with me... but you will dialogue with anyone else.
You hound everyone else relentlessly to answer your questions.
Here are his two simple ones:
".....she had a blood alcohol level of .30, nearly four times the legal limit for driving..... she also had a previous conviction for DUI.
Had cops seen her before the accident, should they have been able to stop her from driving? Or would that be an infringement since no-one had been harmed yet?"
