They slow play you, don't respond till you have sent at least 2 emails.
Deny your request, "We have several providers in the are accepting that rate".
When I told them to cancel our contract, they finally came back with an increase that was still below medicaid rate, I refused it and stood my ground. They finally came back with a rate that matched UnitedHealthcare, but just barely above Medicaid. All that started Fall of 2018, I STILL haven't seen the rate increase on our reimbursement.
Medicaid and Medicare are MUCH easier to deal with that private insurance.
