It should read, "Do you agree w/Sterk that Mizzou has regained the trust of fans."

There is no way around this because in every article I have read he is stating that Mizzou fans lost trust in the University because of the 2015 protests, of which he was not part of the "we". The articles were not stating that Mizzou fans have lost trust in Jim Sterk. You can talk about him failing on the Yoland NCAA case all you want because he never referred to this case as the reason that fans have lost trust in the University or him. Like I have said in many of my previous posts, just link to an article where he says that he regained trust because of the NCAA appeal.
