He has to prove corrupt intent firing Comey. That is a crime. The other obstructions are corrupt in their nature.

The cavalier approach you take to impeachment is interesting. It would exposed Trump day after day after day after day abusing power and obstructing justice - for starters.

I am not suggesting it the best route, but when millions of voters who were on the fence in 16 see evidence of the guy committing crimes in the oval office, I question that he holds their vote. And the guy won on a weird freak outlier election. So, I am not sure what they do.
