it's not that you couldn't obstruct an investigation into a non-crime. and some things like killing someone under subpoena or destroying documents under subpoena are obvious obstructions.

the things Trump is accused of are nothing like that. And they require the government to PROVE a corrupt intent.

Proving a corrupt intent in the case of Trump is next to impossible. there is no way to prove a corrupt state of mind. none. zero.

feel free to impeach him. it will fail the Senate.
