We are in agreement that Harris possessed the physical tools that Martin likes.

We are in agreement that there was a personality clash and Harris did not possess the mental makeup he ideally desires.

We are in agreement that due to that disconnect in mental makeup, things didn't work out and Harris and MU moved on.

The only disagreement is that I believe that a coach who has on his roster a player that possesses the physical tools he desires and tries to reach that player in a way mentally that is unsuccessful used the wrong approach in trying to reconcile that mental approach. I think you are saying it was irreconcilable from the outset so irrelevant.
