coaching challenge to realize on that potential. Which is what coaches are paid to do. Its not really any different than say Troy Hudson or Keon Lawrence or Johnathan Williams. It was going to be a difficult ask of the coaches at the time to get those players to realize their potential, and in each example it didn't happen. Doesn't mean those coaches are idiots or can't do their job, but it does mean they had to make due without the services of a player that could have brought what they needed to the table had they been able to successfully coach them.
