for me doing any upper body and ab work of any kind was a revelation because I'd pretty much never done anything consistent for those areas in my life like ever. So what I consider an ab or upper body "workout" would be laughed at by many others on here. But I've been doing distance running since I was a teenager and have finished plenty of marathons so I've still got the developed knees and calves to go a long way. Just can't do much of anything else worth a sh**, but I can jog slowly forward in a straight line with the best of them lol
