a designated cheat weekend every one or two weeks, at which time I go buck wild on eating. (by non-eating mean like a 500 calorie a day type thing during the week) And I've been mixing in longer 11 to 14 mile runs on those weekends and it all works pretty well. But a true bender on a week long empty stomach has you eating a ton quickly because your drunken brain is like holy crap I need to eat.
