Eggs take note re: running and diet/booze

After back to back weekends of intensive experimentation, I can now scientifically confirm that doing an 11+ mile run amidst a weekend bender of booze, fried chicken, nachos and sweets is ineffective for weight loss compared to a weekend of sparse eating like an anorexic high school chick while only running 4 miles because anything longer than that and you'd pass out due to lack of carbs/sugar/energy from not ingesting anything.
Which really sucks because the former is a way better life experience all the way around than the latter.
